Very nice dinner. My wife had the steak which she said was one of the best she ever had. I tried it and it was beautifully done. Service was good and nice decor

Amazing night out with my partner at the Avalon this week! Venue is clean and the decor is charming. Service was quick despite how busy they were and the staff were amazing! Cocktails were awesome, strongly recommend the after dinner mint of the magic mountain mist! Special thanks to the bartender Halley (I think that was her name at least), very friendly and talkative!! Amazing customer service from her!!

Good nite out with the family the grandkids had fun dancing with nanna to the live music there so much retro stuff there 4 me stuff from my youth maybe that makes me retro lol

A really fun place to go for dinner in Katoomba! The food was tasty and inventive, as were the cocktails. The service was really friendly. Overall a great experience!

Much too too noisy for this old boy, the layout of the table and chairs are much too squeezie.. Still my family invited us so along we went . The service was very good and eventually the fog cleared . Nice food and well presented. The steps to the food area are my humbug.. Still it was an experience..

Love the Avalon. My family have been coming here for years and make the trip every year in December on the same date. David and Dylan have an amazing restaurant and each year everything about our visit puts a smile on our face. See you next year guys

We had been searching fruitlessly in the rain for somewhere that would serve dessert after 8.30pm and this warm, quirky space was the answer. Beautiful live piano, a good range of dessert options and cocktails should you be so inclined. It was exactly what we were looking for, would definitely return, maybe for the Friday supper club.
